I just had a conversation with my manager that exactly what you wrote here applying “perception.” Our customers are saying the application is slow. However, it’s unlikely happening to make our server faster or physically relocating them besides unknown of our customers’ internet connectivity situation so that we are going to test with just adding a line of a message to tell them why and what is happening.
