I’m in a strange situation. The team, I have been working in over 1 year in a big company where all our developers are from outside of the company (vendor) who also have been working here for a long time. And the team leader didn’t plan well for the scaling and having multiple client’s before, so that we are deep in tech debts, which accumulated in the last six years. When the company installed Agile, these developers have become certified Scram masters, but busy paying off the dets using the tool. I think they are doing agile with just keeping the status quo.
We have a huge mental gap between the employees and vendors for providing our services to customers. I tried to make them care about our customers, but they failed to see it. They just see all complaints and bugs must be fixed. Isn’t it sad?
