It was fascinating article. I grew up with this culture, and have been looking at it as an outsider, as a product designer for over ten years. I've been feeling the experience of digital products differs from that of Western countries. There are gaps between products and digital experiences. Hence, Japanese UX may be behind compared to other countries. Any thoughts?
