I’ve been reading a book; Designing for Cognitive Bias by David Dylan Thomas, this article reminded me one of his chapters which is when you finish a task fast you won’t be able to recall, but slowing down thinking and operating make you to be conscious that retain the memory and could make a good decision. As a designer we could make our customers go slow and being conscious about its operation with the design.
