Thanks for sharing. I've just finished my self-reflection for the last six months through the HR request using a system. I have a list of daily work logs, so it wasn't difficult. Although it took time to compile, that's for sure. They're going to compare it with the feedback from the other managers, and my direct manager is going to give me a "performance review". Fun time.
